1. General Provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” and establishes the procedure for processing personal data and the measures for ensuring the security of personal data by "RATE" (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

The Operator considers observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including protection of the rights to privacy and personal and family confidentiality, to be its most important objective and a condition for carrying out its activities.
This policy of the Operator concerning the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website rate-media.com

2. Key Terms Used in the Policy

Automated processing of personal data means processing personal data using computing technology;
Blocking of personal data means the temporary suspension of personal data processing, except where processing is necessary to clarify the personal data;

Operator means a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity or individual that, independently or jointly with other persons, organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data and determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of the personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) to be performed on those personal data;
Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the website rate-media.com
User means any visitor to the website rate-media.com
Provision of personal data means actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specified person or a specified group of persons;
Dissemination of personal data means any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an unspecified group of persons (transfer of personal data), or at making personal data available to an unlimited group of persons, including publication of personal data in the mass media, placement in information and telecommunications networks, or provision of access to personal data by any other means;
Cross-border transfer of personal data means the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to an authority of that foreign state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;
Destruction of personal data means any actions as a result of which personal data are irreversibly destroyed, making it impossible to recover their content in a personal data information system, and/or as a result of which the physical media containing personal data are destroyed.

3. Personal Data That the Operator May Process

Last name, first name and patronymic;
Email address;
Telephone numbers;
The website also collects and processes de-identified visitor data, including cookies, using internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and others).
The data listed above are hereinafter collectively referred to in this Policy as Personal Data.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to clarify the details of an order.
The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User may opt out of receiving informational messages at any time by emailing the Operator at ratemedia.work@gmail.com with the subject line «Отказ от уведомлениях о новых продуктах и услугах и специальных предложениях».
De-identified User data collected through internet statistics services are used to collect information about Users’ actions on the website and to improve the quality of the website and its content.

5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

The Operator processes the User’s personal data only when the User independently enters and/or submits those data through the special forms available on the website rate-media.com. By completing the relevant forms and/or submitting their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.
The Operator processes de-identified data about the User if this is permitted in the User’s browser settings, with the storage of cookies and the use of JavaScript enabled.

6. Collection, Storage, Transfer and Other Processing of Data

The security of the personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fulfill, in full, the requirements of applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.

The Operator ensures the safekeeping of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing personal data.
The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable legislation.
If inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User may update those data independently by sending the Operator a notification at the Operator’s email address, ratemedia.work@gmail.com, with the subject line «Актуализация персональных данных».
The period for processing personal data is unlimited. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by emailing a notification to the Operator at ratemedia.work@gmail.com with the subject line «Отзыв согласия на обработку персональных данных».

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

Before starting a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data are to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
Personal data may be transferred across borders to foreign states that do not meet the requirements stated above only where the personal data subject has given written consent to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party

8. Final Provisions

The User may obtain clarification on any questions concerning the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator by email at ratemedia.work@gmail.com.
Any changes made by the Operator to the Personal Data Processing Policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy remains in effect indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
